Samples are free for trade account holders. Register for a trade account, and once it is approved, click 'Add Free Sample' on any product and send your request from the Samples page. We confirm dispatch by email.

Stock held in our UK warehouse ships in 1–3 days. Stock held in Turkey or Germany takes 6–10 weeks. Each product page shows the lead time for every size. Bespoke orders are made to order, and we confirm the lead time with your quote.

Yes. Order free samples to see the colour, veining and finish in your own space before you specify. Natural stone varies from batch to batch, so a sample shows the typical range rather than the exact pieces you will receive. For larger projects, ask us about the current batch before you order.

Yes. Alongside our standard range, we can produce mosaics and tiles in custom sizes, patterns and finishes for your project. Send us your requirements and quantities through our Contact page and we will come back with a quote.

For high-traffic areas, honed, brushed or tumbled finishes are the most practical, as they hide minor scratches and wear. Polished finishes give a striking, high-end look but show wear sooner and need more maintenance in heavy-footfall zones.
